We are a commercially-oriented private limited liability company operating under the name of Lifeline Food & Beverages Nigeria Limited.The Company is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act,1990 and is limited by Shares with Registration Number RC 458835.

The Company’s line of products now includes Deep Aquifers Water in pouches and bottles. The pouch is 50cl while the pet bottled ones are 50cl, 75cl, 1.5 and 20 litres. We also import and market Dispenser machines for Hot and Cold water with Fridge Compartment. Others are cold store, ice block making machine, bakery and confectionery as well as assorted juices that are to come into being in the nearest future.

The brand name of the Deep Aquifers water is “DIP” and the trade mark is registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries. DIP water is duly registered by the National Agency for Foods, Drugs and Administration Control –NAFDAC and the registration numbers are –Sachets (Pouches) -01-1432 L. Pet Bottles (50cl,75cl,1.5 and 20 litres ) 01-5813. The company has equally met the standards set by the Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON).The Factory is situated on 3 Acres of land at Plot 16/18 Life line road, Ayobo-Isefun in the Ayobo/Ipaja local Development Authority, Lagos.The Factory was commissioned on 30th August 2003 and commenced operations on 5th September, 2003.The Company’s operating results from inception to date are as detailed in the attached financial Statements.

The Company has established a network of Distribution Depots throughout Lagos and its environs and recently reached out to neighboring states viz; Ogun,Oyo,Osun and Abuja with future prospects to all parts of the country and neighbouring West African Countries.
